The General Studies Curricula, administered by the College of Arts, Education, and Sciences, includes a four-year program leading to a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree. Coursework is available in a broad spectrum of academic disciplines. Highly flexible programs, of interest to many students, can be developed according to individual needs.

- Tailor a non-traditional degree program to fit their career and personal interests.
- Change college majors late in their academic careers.

What sets us apart?
Students may design a curriculum in one of five areas of study: Arts and Humanities, Science and Math, Social Sciences, Business, and Applied Science.
Each of the areas of study provides students with the opportunity to fulfill major requirements using a variety of disciplines.
The curricula allow for sufficient elective courses that can be structured to include minor(s) and other areas of interest, directed by a professional academic advisor for General Studies.
Students in General Studies are exposed to a wide variety of subject matter and methods of instruction.
Students who graduate in General Studies go on to graduate school or pursue employment upon graduation.
